Mr. Griffiths has over 34 years of experience as an
Engineering Geologist. As Chief Geologist
of the Corps of Engineers Portland District, he was responsible for
major geotechnical assignments dealing with dams, navigation locks,
canals, fish passages, and intake towers. Specific areas of expertise
include rock mechanics, seismicity, slope stability, tunneling,
geotechnical instrumentation, foundation treatment and rock anchors.
