Mr. Martin has over 48 years of experience with dams and has had responsibility for inspecting dams in over 15 states. He was the Director of the Portland Regional Office of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), which administers the dam safety and license compliance program for over 400 dams in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and Wyoming. He is approved by FERC as an Independent Consultant. Representative projects include the following:
