Gerry M. Heslin
Associate Engineer
Mr. Heslin has 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience. Much of his work has focused on geotechnical engineering for foundations, transportation, and water supply projects. His areas of interest include dams and navigation locks, deep foundations, excavation shoring, and post-tensioned anchor design and construction. His particular strengths include evaluating constructability of geotechnical projects and designing stabilization measures and foundations. Representative projects include the following:
