Ms. Mines has 13 years of experience as a geotechnical engineering and engineering geologist. She has provided geotechnical engineering services to a variety of public and private entities, with a particular focus on analysis of dams and levees. Her areas of expertise include geotechnical asset management, stability and seepage analysis for dams and levees, and geotechnical instrumentation.
