Associate Engineer
Mr. Allender has 14 years of experience as a geotechnical engineer in the Pacific Northwest. His areas of expertise include dam and levee evaluation with extensive practice in development and implementation of subsurface explorations, design and installation of complex instrumentation monitoring systems, stability and filter evaluations, and construction quality control. His experience also includes retaining wall design, foundation evaluation, and ground anchor stabilization.
